These volt gauges are made to replace the factory Ammeter found in vehicles with the SS dash. Featuring the correct white lettering, this gauge is designed to fits into the existing dash pod and includes wiring that is separate from the circuit board. The original ammeter showed the flow of current in and out of the battery, while this new voltmeter will show the force of the current (voltage) that exists in the system. Simply install into the dash and connect a switched 12v source and ground. Instructions are included for a hassle-free installation.
