This New Vintage USA™ Performance gauge conversion updates the 1978-88 Oldsmobile Cutlass dash with six instruments in the original cluster opening. A CNC-cut laminate bracket allows the gauge positions to be adjusted within the carrier, while acrylic dash trim finishes the installation. Performance instruments feature factory-inspired dial graphics, white LED perimeter lighting and flat glass lenses. Scratch-resistant stainless steel bezels and shock- and water-resistant instrument components add durability without an oversized racing-gauge appearance.
A programmable 140-MPH electronic speedometer and tachometer are accompanied by dedicated fuel-level, coolant-temperature, oil-pressure and voltage gauges. The fuel gauge matches the factory 0-90-ohm sender. Phoenix Direct-Drive electronics add OLED information displays, performance timing, sequential shift alerts and auxiliary inputs. Color-coded AMP connections let the smaller gauges plug into the speedometer and tachometer, reducing individual gauge wiring. Turn-signal, high-beam and warning indicators remain hidden when off.
Oil-pressure and coolant-temperature senders, adapter bushings, the mounting bracket, gauge hardware and instructions are included. The speedometer accepts a compatible GM® transmission speed signal or PCM output. An electronic speed signal is required; a separate speed sender may be needed and is not included.
