1963-64 Cadillac VHX Instrument Cluster with Analog Clock by Dakota Digital®
VHX package adds six analog gauges, LCD data and a dedicated analog clock to the factory cluster.
Upgrade your 1963-64 Cadillac with a Dakota Digital VHX instrument system built for the original dash architecture. The system provides six analog readings for speed, RPM, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level and voltage. The VHX system combines traditional analog presentation with modern electronic control. Six analog gauges monitor speed, engine RPM, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level and voltage, while LCD message centers add digital gauge readouts plus odometer, dual trip-meter, clock and performance information including 0-60 mph, quarter-mile time, trap-speed, high-speed and high-RPM recall. Micro-controlled stepper motors drive the gauges, with fully illuminated needles, LED-backlit faces and solid-state senders. The included sender package supplies water-temperature, oil-pressure and cable-driven speed sensing, with threaded adapter bushings, control box, switch assembly and display-to-control-box cabling. Programmable calibration accommodates tire-size/rear-gear changes, cylinder count and fuel-sender setup. Built-in indicators support turn signals, high beam, check engine, parking brake and other available vehicle functions. Current VHX control boxes also support Dakota Digital BIM expansion modules for additional data channels. Dakota Digital’s Cadillac installation package includes the VHX display, VLC analog clock, blackout lens, universal sender pack, control box, clock power harness, switch assembly and display cables, and it reuses the original cluster hardware during installation. Available configurations include Black or Silver Alloy faces with blue, red or white illumination.
