EPDM rubber molded around steel inserts maintains the original U-shaped profile.
These RESTOPARTS® U-shaped door jamb seals are manufactured from automotive-grade EPDM rubber molded around original-style steel inserts for the reinforced factory design used on 1968-72 GTO and LeMans and 1968-70 Tempest. Located at the upper door jamb and rear-window area, the steel reinforcement helps the seals retain their proper U-shaped profile rather than collapsing like an unreinforced reproduction. Supplied as an LH/RH pair.
