The flame-resistant fiberglass-formed material is factory machine-stamped to original specifications so its contours, fit and installed appearance match the GM original. The pad absorbs engine-compartment heat and helps quiet engine noise while restoring the finished underside of the hood. Retaining clips are not included and must be reused or sourced separately.
