Replacement drain tube routes evaporator condensate out of the HVAC case.

This Old Air Products® evaporator drain tube is used across a broad range of 1954-88 GM factory-A/C applications. It attaches at the evaporator-case drain point and routes condensed water outside the HVAC case, replacing a missing, hardened or damaged original drain outlet.
