Doug’s Headers® mid-length headers use 1.875-inch primary tubes and 3.0-inch collectors. The steel tubes meet 3/8-inch head flanges, and the pair includes header gaskets and mounting hardware. Choose metallic ceramic or high-temperature black according to the selected option.

• Construction: steel mid-length headers; 16-gauge tubing and 3/8-inch head flanges. • Primary tube diameter: 1.875 inches; collector diameter: 3.0 inches. • Collector connection: Slip fit; exhaust-port shape: Round. • Finish options: metallic ceramic, high-temperature black. • Supplied as a left/right pair with header gaskets and mounting bolts. • Fitment: 1964–67 Buick Skylark/Sportwagon. • Fitment: 1964–67 Chevrolet Chevelle & El Camino/Malibu. • Fitment: 1964–67 Pontiac GTO/LeMans/Tempest. • Chevrolet LS engine conversion; Use Doug’s Headers® engine and transmission mounting kits. • Transmission: most GM automatics and Tremec T56/T56 Magnum manuals. Factory column linkage does not clear; automatics need custom linkage or a cable conversion. A floor shifter and hydraulic clutch are recommended for manuals. • Requires Doug’s Headers® SK103 engine brackets; use the appropriate Doug’s Headers® transmission crossmember. Angled spark-plug boots are required. • Transmissions other than T56/T56 Magnum or 4L60/4L70 require bellhousing trimming. Brake proportioning-valve relocation may be necessary. • Doug’s Headers® DES103-1 extensions provide the oxygen-sensor locations when used with the DES103 exhaust system.
