Doug’s Headers® long-tube headers use 1.875-inch primary tubes and 3.5-inch collectors. The steel tubes meet 3/8-inch head flanges, and the pair includes header gaskets and mounting hardware.

• Construction: steel long-tube headers; 16-gauge tubing and 3/8-inch head flanges. • Primary tube diameter: 1.875 inches; collector diameter: 3.5 inches. • Collector connection: 3-Bolt Flange; exhaust-port shape: SAP. • Finish options: metallic ceramic. • Supplied as a left/right pair with header gaskets and mounting bolts. • Fitment: 1968–71 Oldsmobile 442: 455 cu. in; 1968–69 Oldsmobile 442/Vista Cruiser: 400 cu. in; 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass: 400 cu. in. • Fitment: 1970–74 Oldsmobile Cutlass/Vista Cruiser: 455 cu. in.; 1971–74 Oldsmobile Delta 88: 455 cu. in. Catalytic-converter-equipped applications excluded. • Modify or remove the steering-column lock linkage where fitted. • Cutlass Supreme excluded; automatic-transmission cooler lines must be routed clear of the tubes. • Brake junction-block relocation and engine-mount heat-shield modification may be required.
