Designed for Chevrolet big-block engines ranging from 396 to 502 cubic inches, these performance headers feature 2" diameter primary tubes and 3-1/2" collectors to promote efficient exhaust flow and help reduce backpressure. The full-length, four-tube design improves exhaust scavenging, supporting increased horsepower and torque throughout the engine's operating range. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge steel tubing, Doug's Headers feature precision CNC mandrel-bent tubes for improved exhaust flow and accurate fitment. The 3/8"-thick machined mounting flanges provide strength and help resist warping under demanding operating conditions. Available with a black high-temperature finish or a silver metallic ceramic coating, these headers offer options for both appearance and heat protection. Mounting bolts, gaskets and collector reducers are included for installation.
