Build the exhaust around the sound and layout that suit the car with this Pypes® crossmember-back system. The 2.5" mandrel-bent tubing maintains a smooth path through the bends, while stainless steel construction helps the system withstand heat and corrosion. The X-pipe connects the two exhaust banks ahead of the mufflers to balance flow and develop a blended performance tone.
Choose the muffler option to set the exhaust’s character. Race Pro mufflers use a packed, straight-through design for strong flow and a restrained low-rpm character that becomes more pronounced under acceleration. Street Pro mufflers use a chambered design for a rich, aggressive street/strip tone. Turbo Pro mufflers use internal flow-control passages to deliver a mellow performance tone while managing resonance. Violator mufflers use a louvered internal tube and sound-deflector chambers for the most assertive sound choice in this group. The no-muffler version supplies the tubing package for a separately selected pair of mufflers.
Installation hardware is included, but the front connections must match the installed exhaust. Manifold downpipes and header reducers are selected separately, and trimming may be required. Exhaust tips are sold separately. Pypes® backs the system with a limited lifetime warranty.
