Fabricated using 16 gauge, mandrel-bent stainless steel pipe to ensure maximum exhaust gas flow which can significantly boost horsepower. The stainless construction of our pipes and mufflers enables them to resist corrosion and extends the life of the system. Each kit comes with a precisely engineered X-pipe to equalize exhaust gasses prior to entering the mufflers. All kits are available with a standard X, while others are offered with the exclusive X-change which features additional outlets giving you the option to run your exhaust through mufflers, or uncap the legs for an open system. Cad plated or stainless clamps, stainless hangers and polished stainless tips are available and included in most systems. When it comes to flow, you just can't get anything better than the Race Pro Muffler. Features a 'straight through' path that guarantees throughput that's 99% of straight tubing! The sound is surprisingly calm considering the absence of any impedance when you look down its barrel. At idle and low rpm cruising, you will not draw much attention, but upon acceleration, bystanders lookout! The Race Pros aggressive sound is the result of applying a layer of stainless mesh around a unique internal perforated tube, accompanied by a healthy stuffing of rock wool before the unit is sealed. Highly recommended for the track where every 1/10th counts. Not recommended on lower horsepower vehicles as low end torque may suffer. Race Pro mufflers are available in 14" or the quieter 18" version.
