Molded rubber grommet cushions the valve-cover fastener and helps seal the bolt opening.

This molded rubber grommet fits the valve-cover mounting arrangement on 1963-66 Buick Nailhead engines. It installs between the cylinder head and valve cover to cushion the mounting point and help control oil seepage through the bolt opening. Sold individually.
