CNC-machined ductile-iron angled caps strengthen the 400 main-bearing structure.
This Milodon® main-cap set is designed for Small Block Chevrolet 400-journal two- or four-bolt blocks using the angled-bolt cap configuration. The caps are CNC-machined from high-strength ductile iron to increase cross-sectional strength and require professional block machining and alignment during installation.
