BluePrint Engines®' 454ci Big Block Cruiser Long Block is rated at 460 hp and 479 lb-ft with 9.85:1 compression. It combines cast 4.000-inch-stroke crankshaft, hypereutectic pistons, 119cc/316cc-runner aluminum heads and hydraulic-roller camshaft (.501/.510 lift; 216/228° @ .050, 112° LSA). Long-block configuration leaves induction and front accessory drive to the installer; BluePrint specifies a cast—not forged—4.000-inch crankshaft for this 454 Cruiser.
