BluePrint Engines®' 540ci Pro Series Power-Adder Long Block is rated at 615 hp and 579 lb-ft with 8.5:1 compression. It combines forged 4.25-inch-stroke crankshaft, forged pistons, 119cc aluminum heads and solid-roller camshaft (.652/.652 lift; 255/262° @ .050, 114° LSA). 8.5:1 compression, forged rotating assembly and solid-roller cam make this 540 a power-adder-oriented long block.
