561-hp / 512 lb-ft core uses forged 4.25-inch crank and forged pistons by BluePrint Engines®.

BluePrint Engines®' 496ci Stroker Power-Adder Long Block is rated at 561 hp and 512 lb-ft with 8.8:1 compression. It combines forged 4.25-inch-stroke crankshaft, forged pistons, 119cc aluminum heads with raised exhaust ports and hydraulic-roller camshaft (.540/.560 lift; 242/248° @ .050, 114° LSA). 8.8:1 compression, forged crank/H-beam rods/pistons and power-adder cam make this the boost/nitrous-oriented 496 long block.
