600-hp 496 combines a forged 4.250-inch-stroke crank, aluminum heads and hydraulic roller valvetrain.

BluePrint Engines 496 stroker is a base-dressed Chevrolet-compatible Big Block rated at 600 hp and 568 lb-ft of torque. It uses a new four-bolt cast-iron block, forged-steel 4.250-inch-stroke crankshaft, hypereutectic pistons, 119cc aluminum heads and hydraulic-roller camshaft. The carbureted version uses a single-plane intake with an 850-cfm Holley carburetor and is dyno tested before shipment.
