432-hp / 450 lb-ft core uses forged crankshaft and forged pistons by BluePrint Engines®.

BluePrint Engines®' 383ci Power-Adder Short Block Plus is rated at 432 hp and 450 lb-ft with 9.5:1 compression. It combines forged crankshaft, forged pistons and hydraulic-roller camshaft. Power-adder Short Block Plus uses 9.5:1 compression with forged crankshaft and pistons plus hydraulic-roller cam; cylinder heads and induction are not included.
