Buick V6 Cylinder Head Stud Set (1978-87 Stage 2) by ARP®
8740 chromoly head studs use post-heat-treat rolled threads for consistent clamping.
Built for 1978-87 Buick V6, Stage 2, these ARP® head studs use 8740 chromoly steel heat-treated to 190,000 psi. The studs are centerless-ground and thread-rolled after heat-treating to promote concentricity, fatigue strength and consistent cylinder-head clamping.
