Hardened alloy-steel guide plates stabilize the pushrods closer to the rocker arms.
Edelbrock® pushrod guide plates for Pontiac 326-455 Edelbrock cylinder heads are made from high-grade alloy steel, hardened to approximately 60 Rockwell C and finished with black oxide. The stepped plate design supports the pushrods closer to the rocker arms for improved valvetrain stability. Use only with the compatible Edelbrock head and pushrod configuration.
