Clamp-On Stud Girdles

Top-performance

Air Flow Research stud girdles are a clamp-on design which stops the rocker studs from flexing which can prevent power loss that come with high-lift cams and high-pressure valve springs. Manufactured from anodized aluminum keeping the valvetrain rigid to maintain longevity throughout the engine's entire rpm range for peak engine performance. Color of the stud girdles anodized finish will vary depending on the manufactures production run. AFR stud girdles are sold in pairs and are available for small-block and big-block Chevy applications and do not include adjusting nuts. Adjusting nuts are dependent on installed studs, and are sold separately.

Notes

  • CH35752 features: Eliminator SBC L98 180, 195, 210, and 220cc heads requires either 3/8" studs.(#6216) or 7/16" studs. Adjusting nut dependent on installed studs.
  • CH35753 features: Magnum BBC 265, 305, 325, and 345 heads only. Requires BBC intake and exhaust adjusting nut sets.
  • CH35754 features: Offset-Eliminator SBC 227 and 235cc heads. Adjusting nut dependent on installed studs. Requires for 7/16" studs.
