Flow Control Valve, Cowl Induction, 1970-72 Chevelle/El Camino/Monte Carlo
ADDED TO YOUR WISHLIST!
This RESTOPARTS® flow control valve reproduces the original-style inline vacuum valve used in the 1970–72 Chevrolet cowl induction system. Installed in the vacuum line leading to the cowl induction vacuum actuator, it is an integral part of the system that controls operation of the functional cowl induction hood assembly. When the cowl induction system is activated, the vacuum actuator works in conjunction with the hood's air-control components to operate the functional air inlet. A missing, damaged or incorrect inline flow control valve can prevent the vacuum-operated portion of the system from functioning as intended. The RESTOPARTS® valve is reproduced to the original configuration, dimensions and appearance for installation in the factory-style vacuum line. It can be used when restoring an original 1970–72 Chevelle or El Camino cowl induction system, or as part of a complete functional cowl induction installation on applicable 1970–72 Monte Carlo models. OPGI includes this same valve in its complete RESTOPARTS® cowl induction system.
