Better cylinder head gasket clamping power than stock

The high-performance series of cylinder head bolts from ARP are made from 180,000 psi steel, which makes them 15% stronger than Grade 8 bolts. They also feature a special wide area flange underneath the bolt heads so you don't have to retorque the heads and they provide maximum clamping power. The complete head bolt kits come with hardened parallel ground steel washers for steel and aluminum heads.
