High-ratio pivot and adjustable gear stops provide short shifts with a chrome stick and white knob.
This Competition/Plus shifter by Hurst® uses a high-ratio pivot mechanism for short gear-to-gear movement and adjustable stops to limit overshifting. The chrome-plated steel stick and white knob retain the traditional Hurst® appearance. It is configured for 1968-72 Chevrolet Chevelle/El Camino with a Muncie four-speed and can be used with or without the factory console. Also covers 1970-72 Monte Carlo. Order the installation kit matched to the transmission: Hurst® 3733163 for 1963-68 Muncie or 3737834 for 1969-74 Muncie.
