1964-72 Powerglide Rod-Shift Linkage by Shiftworks®
Rod-style transmission lever connects the floor-shifter linkage to the range-selector shaft.
This Shiftworks® rod-linkage version connects a floor or console shifter to an aluminum Powerglide in 1964-72 Chevrolet Chevelle/El Camino and 1970-72 Monte Carlo conversions. It is intended for the removable-lever range-selector shaft, not a welded-on lever. It is a rod-shift connection rather than the cable-support version; transmissions with the welded arrangement need the appropriate shaft conversion.
