Although the Hurst Roll/Control was designed for drag racing purposes, it has found its way onto many street/strip applications as well. Aside from its use for burnouts and launching, it can also be used as a "hill holder". When using the clutch and brake simultaneously, simply depress the actuating switch or button to engage the unit. The switches are available attached below the shift handles, or are built-in the shift knobs with a button on top. These switches are specifically designed to handle the job.
