1968-72 Chevrolet Chevelle/El Camino Horseshoe Shifter 3-Speed Slap-Shift Plate
A 3/16-inch steel plate adds defined shift stops to the original horseshoe shifter.
This 3-speed slap-shift conversion plate adds detent stops to the factory horseshoe automatic shifter in 1968-72 Chevrolet Chevelle and El Camino, and 1970-72 Monte Carlo. The 3/16-inch steel plate is precisely cut for the three-speed automatic shift pattern and has pre-drilled mounting holes tapped 1/4-20. The plate modifies the existing shifter rather than replacing the complete assembly.
