TIG-welded aluminum radiator with two 1.25-inch tubes, polished OE-style tanks and 16 fins/in.
This Cold-Case® aluminum radiator is configured for 1978-88 GM G-Body, except Grand National. It is 100% TIG-welded aluminum with polished OE-style tanks, 16 fins per inch and corrugated fins that increase heat-transfer surface area. The two-row core uses two 1.25-inch cooling tubes, and each radiator is pressure tested. Dimensions: 18.5 x 26.5-inch core; 31.5-inch overall width. Hose connections: 1.25- or 1.50-inch upper by selected version / 1.50-inch lower. Automatic-transmission versions include an internal transmission cooler with 5/16-inch inverted-flare fittings; inlet size varies by the selected GMG544A/GMG544A-1 version. Cold-Case® backs the radiator with its limited lifetime warranty.
