1974 & 1976-88 GM Heater Control Valve
Vacuum heater valve uses 5/8-inch inlet/outlet connections for the original heater circuit.
This heater control valve replaces the original vacuum-operated valve used on 1974 and 1976-88 GM heater circuits covered by this part. The valve uses 5/8-inch inlet and outlet hose connections and responds to the HVAC vacuum-control signal to regulate coolant flow through the heater circuit. Its hose and vacuum-port arrangement is designed as a direct service replacement for a leaking, stuck or broken valve.
