1964-68 Buick Skylark/Chevrolet Chevelle/El Camino Fan Clutch by GMB®
GMB® thermal fan clutch regulates fan engagement with coolant/underhood temperature demand.
This GMB® thermal fan clutch is for 1964-68 Buick Skylark, Chevrolet Chevelle and El Camino applications using the short-style water pump. The viscous clutch changes fan engagement as underhood temperature changes, providing more fan drive as cooling demand rises while reducing unnecessary fan load when full airflow is not required. GMB® fan clutches use welded construction, a press-fit carbon-steel bearing and double oil seals. Matching the short-pump accessory-drive geometry and original fan rotation is essential.
