1973-76 GM VIR Eliminator Kit by Old Air Products®
Direct conversion replaces the original VIR assembly with an accumulator/orifice-style layout.
This Old Air Products® VIR Eliminator Kit replaces the original Valve-In-Receiver assembly with an accumulator/orifice-style arrangement and a pressure-cycling switch. Old Air Products installation instructions identify the accumulator, eliminator block, O-rings and electrical connections used to convert the original VIR system while retaining the factory evaporator and refrigerant-line relationships.
