Cycling-clutch conversion replaces the original POA valve while retaining R-12 system compatibility.
This Old Air Products® R-12 POA Valve Update Kit replaces the original pilot-operated absolute valve with a cycling-clutch control arrangement for systems remaining on R-12 refrigerant. The update preserves the functional oil-bleed and expansion-valve equalizer relationships while eliminating the original POA piston-control function.
