1970–72 Chevelle/El Camino SureFit® Reduced-Barrier A/C Hose Kit by Vintage Air®
Refrigerant hose installation kit with standard or modified routing options.
This Vintage Air® SureFit® reduced-barrier hose kit connects the refrigerant components in a 1970–72 Chevrolet Chevelle or El Camino A/C installation. The standard version follows the factory engine-compartment and core-support layout and uses pre-crimped beadlock fittings. Reduced-barrier hose is designed for R-134a service and helps limit refrigerant permeation. For a modified engine bay, the modified kit supplies longer hoses with the evaporator/condenser ends crimped and compressor ends left open for custom trimming, routing and crimping. Required fittings, O-rings, mounting hardware and installation guidance are included. Choose the hose arrangement for your build; modified hoses require an appropriate beadlock crimping tool or crimping service.
