1977-79 GM A/G-Body A6 A/C Compressor w/Clutch
New A6-style compressor includes the clutch and 5-inch single-groove V-belt pulley.
This new A6-style A/C compressor is for 1977-79 GM A/G-Body applications covered by this part and includes the clutch, eliminating the need to transfer the original clutch assembly. It uses a 5-inch single-groove V-belt pulley, 12-volt clutch coil and direct-ear mounting. The compressor can be serviced in R12 or converted R134a systems when the appropriate lubricant and service procedures are used, and it is supplied as a new unit rather than a remanufactured core.
