Factory-opening installation with electronic blower, temperature and mode control.
Operate a compatible Vintage Air® Gen IV or Gen 5 system from the original dash opening with this control panel for 1970–72 Chevelle, El Camino & Monte Carlo. The electronic controls adjust blower speed, temperature and dash, floor or defrost airflow. The supplied universal control harness plugs into the compatible Vintage Air system, and the panel mounts with the original dash fasteners. Connect the panel lighting to the factory dash-light circuit for nighttime visibility. The package includes the control panel assembly and harness. This panel is a control upgrade for a compatible Vintage Air installation, not a stand-alone conversion of the original heater or A/C system.
