1965 Cadillac (Early STV System) A/C Evaporator by Old Air Products®
Precision TIG-welded evaporator matches the original case and refrigerant-line configuration.
This Old Air Products® a/c evaporator is configured for 1965 Cadillac (Early STV System). It replaces the original in-case refrigerant heat exchanger while retaining the vehicle-specific tube locations and case relationship needed for the factory A/C plumbing. The existing OPGI copy identifies this evaporator family as precision TIG-welded. This is the first-design 1965 evaporator for cars using the suction-throttling-valve system; later POA-equipped cars use a different evaporator.
