1968–72 GM A-Body Convertible Top Side Rail Pivot Repair Kit (4-Piece)
CNC-machined bronze bushings replace the original plastic bushings at one main side-rail pivot.
This repair kit services the main bolted pivot where a convertible top side rail moves on the frame. CNC-machined bronze bushings replace the original plastic bushings, giving the pivot a metal bearing surface at this wear point. A replacement steel bolt and thin nut complete the four-component assembly.
Each kit repairs one main side-rail pivot. Two kits are required when servicing both sides of the top frame. The kit addresses this bolted joint; it does not replace the bushings at the frame’s other riveted joints.
