Bolt-on brace reinforces the rear upper shock towers and works with shocks/springs or coilovers.
Reinforce the 1978-88 GM G-Body rear upper shock towers with this adjustable Aldan American® brace. Manufacturer data confirms CNC laser-cut 3/16-in. steel mounting brackets, a formed 1/8-in. steel center, slotted adjustment tabs and a black powder-coated finish. The low-profile bolt-on design works with factory-style shocks/springs or rear coilover conversions and clears most exhaust systems.
