Center link restores the main connection between the steering gear linkage and both tie rods.
Replace a worn center link to restore the central connection that transfers steering input across the front suspension to the tie rods. Correct application geometry keeps the idler arm, pitman arm and tie rod connections in their intended locations for proper steering-linkage operation.
