1964-67 Chevelle LS Swap Transmission Crossmember by Doug’s Headers®
CAD-designed welded steel clears a 3-inch exhaust while maintaining ground clearance.
Doug’s Headers® LS-swap crossmember combines CAD-designed welded mild steel with a protective black powder coat. Its exhaust arches accommodate tubing up to 3 inches while maintaining ground clearance, helping keep a performance exhaust tucked beneath the car. Installation hardware, instructions and two transmission spacers are included; spacer use depends on the transmission. Designed as part of Doug’s conversion system, it requires the matching engine mounts, SKU #CH35776, and Doug’s low-profile oil pan. A GM-style transmission isolator completes the mounting arrangement.
