Plan your squarebody diesel conversion around a matched G Force® installation package. This kit connects a 1989-2002 Cummins 5.9L 6BT, in 12- or 24-valve form, to a GM TH400, 700R4 or 4L80E automatic. The laser-cut, precision-welded structural steel engine mounts and 2" drop crossmember position the engine at the original drivetrain height using the factory frame isolators. A transmission adapter, flexplate and dedicated adapter, flexplate and starter fasteners bring the key conversion components together in one package for 1973-87 four-wheel-drive K-series applications.
