OE-steel reinforcement plate strengthens the firewall at the manual master-cylinder mount.
This reproduction manual-brake reinforcement plate mounts between the master cylinder and the firewall to strengthen the attachment area. It is made from OE-style steel for 1968–72 Chevelle, El Camino, Cutlass, GTO, LeMans and Skylark A-Body applications, as well as 1967–69 Camaro and Firebird F-Body manual-brake installations.
