Polished aluminum master cylinder with integrated adjustable brake proportioning controls.
The CPP® “MCPV-1” combines a 1-inch-bore aluminum master cylinder with an integral adjustable proportioning valve and removable metering valve. Its separate front and rear hydraulic circuits support front-disc/rear-drum systems; the metering valve can be removed for four-wheel disc brakes. A one-quart reservoir provides additional fluid capacity, and the housing includes a stop-light switch port. The chromed aluminum housing weighs approximately five pounds and is more compact than a conventional cast-iron master cylinder.
