Dimple-drilled and slotted rotors, braided stainless steel hoses and 11-inch booster
Convert the front brakes on your 1968–1972 GM A-Body with this CPP kit. It pairs 2-inch-drop ductile-iron spindles with two 11-inch vented, dimple-drilled and slotted rotors and natural-finish, single-piston cast-iron calipers with pads. The wheel-end package includes caliper mounting brackets, dust shields, inner and outer wheel bearings, grease seals, braided stainless steel brake hoses and mounting hardware. Power-assist components include a 11-inch standard vacuum booster, a cast-iron master cylinder, proportioning valve, mounting hardware and front brake hard lines. The rotor dimples do not pass through the disc; this is the intended dimple-drilled design. The spindles lower the front of the vehicle 2 inches. The wheel bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75 inches. Use disc-brake-compatible wheels at least 15 inches in diameter and verify caliper, wheel and tire clearance before installation.
