1964–72 GM A-Body 13-Inch Front Big Brake Conversion Kit by CPP®
13-inch front rotors and black dual-piston calipers; requires existing disc-brake spindles.
Upgrade the front discs on your 1964–72 GM A-Body with this CPP 13-inch big brake kit. It fits compatible stock disc-brake spindles and pairs two zinc-coated, dimple-drilled and slotted rotors with aluminum hubs and black powder-coated dual-piston calipers. Each caliper uses two 52 mm pistons. The rotors slip over the hubs, which provide a 5 x 4.75-inch wheel mounting pattern.
The package includes the rotors, hubs, calipers, mounting brackets, bearings, grease seals, flexible brake hoses, dust caps and spindle/mounting hardware. Existing compatible disc-brake spindles are required; replacement spindles, a master cylinder and a proportioning valve are not included. This kit converts the front brakes only.
Use 17-inch or larger wheels and verify internal clearance against the larger rotors and calipers before installation. The rotor dimples do not pass through the braking surface.
