1964–72 GM A-Body 11-Inch Front Disc Brake Conversion Kit by CPP®
Stock-height front disc kit: plain or dimple-drilled/slotted rotors, with natural or black calipers.
Convert the front brakes on your 1964–72 GM A-Body while retaining stock ride height. This CPP kit includes stock-height disc-brake spindles, two 11-inch rotors and single-piston cast-iron calipers. Choose plain-face vented rotors with natural-finish calipers, plain-face vented rotors with black powder-coated calipers, or dimple-drilled and slotted rotors with black powder-coated calipers.
Each package includes the calipers with pads, mounting brackets, dust shields, inner and outer wheel bearings, grease seals, dust caps, rubber flexible hoses and mounting hardware. The dimple-drilled/slotted black-caliper option also uses rubber hoses. The wheel bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75 inches.
A booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve are not included in this wheel-end package. The spindles accept the original ball joints and tie-rod ends. Check steering-arm mounting holes and clearance with 15-inch or larger disc-brake-compatible wheels before installation. On the dimple-drilled option, the dimples do not pass through the rotor.
