1978-88 GM G-Body C5/C6 Brake Conversion Hubs, Brackets, Bearings & Seals
Adapt compatible C5/C6 Corvette front brake components to 1978-88 GM G-Body spindles with UMI Performance®’s 304647 hub and bracket kit. The package supplies laser-cut conversion brackets, US-made aluminum hubs, bearing cups and cones, and seals. The hubs support 5 x 4-1/2-inch and 5 x 4-3/4-inch bolt patterns and locate the brake rotor without changing front track width. C5/C6 calipers, abutment brackets, rotors, pads and brake lines are required to complete the brake installation; wheel studs must also be obtained separately. UMI also identifies Wilwood® SLC56 caliper compatibility. The installation requires cutting and drilling and does not fit Blazer spindles. C5 brakes require at least 17-inch wheels, while C6 brakes require at least 18-inch wheels; verify the actual wheel profile before purchase.
