Reduce radiant heat in the engine compartment with the Thermo-Tec Basalt Turbo Insulating Kit. Designed for turbocharged performance applications, this kit combines a turbocharger insulating cover with basalt exhaust wrap to help contain heat around the turbocharger and exhaust piping. By reducing heat transfer to surrounding engine components, the insulation helps manage underhood temperatures while retaining heat within the exhaust system. Available in Carbon Fiber and Ricochet styles, the kit provides two appearance options to complement different engine builds. Each kit includes a turbo cover, a 2" wide x 25' long roll of basalt exhaust wrap, two 18" Snap Strap fasteners and 10' of installation wire. The included components provide insulation for the turbocharger housing and adjacent exhaust piping, with fastening materials to secure the wrap during installation. Available for T3 and T4 turbocharger applications; select the appropriate size and cover style for your installation.
