1986–87 Buick Grand National Fiberglass Intercooler Air Scoop
Hand-laid fiberglass scoop with gloss-black gel coat for the original intercooler airflow path.
This fiberglass intercooler air scoop replaces the original lower air-guiding scoop on 1986–87 turbocharged Buick Grand National models. It uses hand-laid fiberglass with a gloss-black gel-coat finish and is formed to channel incoming air toward the factory-position intercooler. The fiberglass material avoids the brittle condition commonly found in aging original plastic scoops while retaining the required air-opening shape. Compare mounting tabs and clearance to the surrounding intercooler ducting during installation.
