Designed for 1958–62 Chevrolet 348 engines, this cast aluminum manifold replaces the factory intake with a traditional multi-carburetor arrangement inspired by classic hot rod and racing applications. Its four-carburetor configuration provides a period-style induction setup for custom engine builds and restorations, with three-bolt and four-bolt carburetor mounting versions available to accommodate different carburetor combinations.
The Pacesetter manifold incorporates an intake heating provision and is designed specifically for the Chevrolet 348ci engine, rather than the later 409ci W-series engine. The three-bolt version accommodates compatible Stromberg-style carburetors, while the four-bolt version is intended for compatible small-base Rochester-style carburetors. Proper carburetor selection, throttle linkage, fuel plumbing and air cleaner clearance should be considered when planning installation.
